Super Simple White Cupcakes with Chocolate Frosting

If you know me, every time I search for a recipe I include the word “easy” in that search.

These are some really easy and delicious white cupcakes with chocolate frosting that I made for my birthday (ok, mostly I made them because I’m a sugar addict, I didn’t need a good reason). They can easily be made pareve or dairy. I actually made them pareve this time and they were delicious.

Easy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or small bowl (I usually put in the order listed under ingredients).
  2. Stir well with a spoon to combine. It doesn’t have to be completely mixed. Push the oats down to ensure that they are covered by the milk.
  3. Cover securely with a lid.
  4. Place in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
  5. When ready to enjoy, mix again. Eat as is or garnish with toppings.
  6. Best when enjoyed within the first 12-24 hours, but will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Pot Roast

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place Pot Roast in a slow cooker
  2. Add pepperoncinis (including the juices from the jar)
  3. If the roast is not covered with the pepperoncini juice, add some water
  4. Cook on low for at least 8 hours

Notes

This is one of the easiest, simplest, and most delicious crock pot meals ever. We’ve left this on the crockpot overnight for Shabbos lunch and it still tasted good.
