Ingredients
- 1 Roast
- 1 Jar of Pepperoncinis
Instructions
- Place Pot Roast in a slow cooker
- Add pepperoncinis (including the juices from the jar)
- If the roast is not covered with the pepperoncini juice, add some water
- Cook on low for at least 8 hours
Notes
This is one of the easiest, simplest, and most delicious crock pot meals ever. We’ve left this on the crockpot overnight for Shabbos lunch and it still tasted good.
